Delivery

England & Wales

We offer a delivery service for mainland England & Wales. Our policy is to try and use the most environmentally friendly way of delivering to each customer.

Our courier picks up from us weekly and in most cases delivers the same day if in the south of England or within a week if else where. We may deliver ourselves for more challenging drop offs.

Delivery is normally for a ground floor only service so please contact us if you would require help with staircases or any other unusual access route.

The rest of the UK

We can deliver to the rest of the UK for an additional charge - please contact us for a quote.

Worldwide shipping

We are happy to help with delivery though please bare in mind that items are typically large and heavy so shipping prices will reflect this - please contact us for a quote.

Packaging

Each item is thoroughly wrapped with bubblewrap, recycled cardboard and shrinkwrap film to ensure safe delivery. Heavier items can be sent on a pallet if requested.
